• Global Women's Water Initiative

    Gemma is a serial social entrepreneur having launched 3 social enterprises in 3 continents. She still serves as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Global Women's Water Initiative. GWWI invests in women by training them to become water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) technicians, trainers and social entrepreneurs.


    Gemma has also mentored over 100 award-winning social impact start-ups through programs hosted by the Hult Prize, Vital Voices, US State Department's Global Innovation for Science and Technology, Echoing Green and others.
